I am married now – Kwesi Arthur

Ghanaian musician Kwesi Arthur has revealed that he has been married for a few months now.

In a March 25 interview with Hitz FM, the "Grind Day" hitmaker stated that he prefers to enjoy his married life away from the spotlight.

“I’m a husband now. That’s all I can say. Yeah… For like a couple of months now. I would like to keep that private. People don’t like good things, and that is for me to enjoy, so I would keep that information private,” he said.

Kwesi Arthur also declined to comment on his previous relationship with influencer Efia Odo, stating that he has not communicated with her in years.

The musician considers it rude to speak about other ladies while being married.

“I have no communication with Efia Odo, I have no connection with her, and I haven’t spoken with her in so many years now; I have a woman now, so I think it’s disrespectful to talk about other women when I’m in a relationship with someone,” he said.

Despite living in the United States of America (USA) for a while, Kwesi Arthur stated that he had not abandoned his music career.

He said that he has started his own record label called "SiSi" and that he is no longer signed to Ground Up, his former record label.

“SiSi means ‘Yes, Yes’ and it also stands as Sisi for my grandmother. I just want to honour her memory. I’m looking to sign other artists in the future. For now, I am projecting mine but I am still supporting others,” Kwesi Arthur said in regards to his new endeavor.

Fans of Kwesi Arthur are excited about his next endeavors in both his personal and professional lives, especially since it was revealed that he is married and that he has started his own record label, SiSi.
